Look after your interests
Unlike a great many other agents, you won’t find a property
in our portfolio that doesn’t have a full bank guarantee
to protect your money (and sanity!). If required, we can undertake
periodic monitoring of construction or improvement works on your
behalf and report back to you… FREE, of course. (See Our

Thoroughly research every product we promote
We scrutinise titles, approvals and availability of building licences.
We assess both traditional and up-and-coming properties, developments
and markets and investigate developers and their past performance
and reputation.
Listen to what you want
Whatever your reasons for buying – holiday home, investment,
retirement, buy-to-let, etc – it’s our job to listen.
We know that you don't want to be sold a Spanish property by a
self-assured sales person. We appreciate that what you actually
want is to make up your own mind… in your own time! It’s
our role to listen to your needs and to help and guide you through
the process.
Negotiate to ensure you get the best terms possible
We insist that all deposits to secure ownership are kept to the
minimum. We also negotiate reduced mortgage fees, currency and
legal services, wherever possible.
Maintain excellent communications
From the very outset – when you may not even know what region
to look at - until well after you have completed on your property,
you will be kept up to date with all developments relating to your
new home in the sun. We can also assist in all the arrangements
relating to one of our property inspection tours.
Maintain the highest business standards
We recruit and train the best people… to provide the highest
level of service and to uphold our exacting code of ethics.
Insist on high quality
Relative to the property value, we insist on the highest standard
of design, material, fixtures and fittings, landscaping, facilities
and services.
Provide, useful, free, impartial advice
You can expect us to keep you fully aware of any costs, complications
or other difficulties. We’ll also put you in touch with
other trusted professional advisors to assist you with anything
you need.
Help with financial matters
If you need UK equity release or an introduction to UK or Spanish
mortgage providers we can point you in the right direction. At
some point, you’ll also need to transfer money from Sterling
to Euros. For even a few thousand pounds, exchange rates can
make a significant difference to the total cost – we’ll
help you get the best deal you can.
Guarantee the build quality
Every new property we sell will have a 10 year builder’s
structural guarantee (similar to the UK’s NHBC programme).
