So to protect you and your interests, we have teamed up with
the only Spanish property company we could find where part of
its group operations specialise only in property for overseas
home buyers and who are very fussy about the people they employ.
(Note the word employ!)
Yes, all their sales consultants are fully trained, salaried
staff… with cars, expense accounts and mobile phones all
provided and paid for by the company. And every single one of
these people have lived and worked in Spain for, at barest minimum,
one year. (It’s a prerequisite to getting the job.) Unlike
some Spanish property companies where the sales person first
landed in the country perhaps only a month or two before you!

industry in Southern Spain to live up to a rigorous code of ethics… standards
and ethics which it enforced on its own business many years ago.

upon making a sale – ideally at the least cost to themselves
personally…
Or Company B where the sales consultant is paid to guide you
through the process of making the best, most well-informed Spanish
property investment decision?
