will slip through the net. By operating to procedures and standards
the business becomes measurable. If it’s measurable, it
can be managed. If it can be managed, it can be optimised… to

Systems and standards mean that processes are repeatable. If
they are repeatable, they can be taught to staff. If you can
train staff to do the right things… guess what happens?
